Our Commitment
We work to make our website, customer materials, and services usable by people with a wide range of abilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a baseline standard for our website and digital materials.
What We Do
Accessibility considerations are part of how we build and maintain our website and materials. We:
- Provide text alternatives for non-text content where reasonably possible
- Aim for sufficient color contrast so content is readable
- Structure pages with headings, landmarks, and labels that work with screen readers
- Make forms and interactive elements operable with a keyboard
- Use plain language where we can
- Provide alternative ways to contact us if a digital channel does not work for you
Service Accessibility
If you need assistance setting up or using our services because of a disability, contact customer service. We can:
- Provide installation, billing, or support information in alternative formats on request
- Accept relay service calls and TTY where available
- Work with you on installation arrangements that accommodate your needs
- Discuss equipment options that may better fit your situation
Limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some content, including older documents, PDFs, embedded video, or third-party content we link to, may not yet meet our accessibility goals. We are working to address these gaps over time.
Feedback and Requests
If you have trouble accessing any part of our website or services, or if you have suggestions to improve accessibility, please let us know. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need.
